When will I receive my order?

It typically takes 3-7 days to process an order, after which it is shipped. Shipping time depends on your location, but it can be estimated as follows:

• USA & Europe: 6 - 8 working days
• International: 10 - 20 business days

Where will my order be shipped from?

We work with an on-demand fulfillment company that has facilities around the world. Your order will be shipped from the facility closest to your shipping address to ensure efficient and timely delivery.

Will customs fees be added?

Additional customs and tax fees may be charged for international orders. These charges are not our responsibility and are charged by your local customs office. Customs policies vary greatly from country to country, so we recommend checking directly with your local customs office to determine the duties and taxes applicable to your purchases.

My order should have arrived, but I still haven't received it. What should I do ?

Before contacting us, please do the following:

2. Ask your local post office if they have your package.
3. Go to your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
