Return policy
At NouDoubout., we strive to guarantee the satisfaction of our customers. Please read our returns policy carefully to understand how to handle returns and complaints.
Claims for Damaged or Defective Items: Any claims for misprinted, damaged or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of the product. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed to be an error on our part will be covered at our expense.
If you or your customers notice a problem with the products or any part of the order, please submit a problem report.
Return address: The return address is set by default to the address provided on the delivery slip attached to your NouDoubout package. When we receive a returned shipment, an automatic email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days. If installing NouDoubout. is not used as a return address, you will be responsible for any returned shipment you receive.
Incorrect Address: If you or your end customer provides an address deemed incorrect by the carrier, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse. You will be responsible for reshipping costs once we confirm an updated address with you (if applicable).
Unclaimed: Unclaimed shipments are returned to our warehouse and you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping to yourself or your end customer (if applicable).
No Registered Account: If you have not registered an account on noudoubout.com and added a billing method, you hereby agree that any order returned due to an incorrect shipping address or lack of Claimed shipment will not be available for reshipment and will be donated to charity at your expense (without us issuing a refund).
Notice for EU consumers: Pursuant to Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be intended for:
- the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized;
- sealed goods which have been unsealed after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene,
hence, NouDoubout. reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
